Description

Essential Functions
- Assists and manages evaluators (e.g. federal, local, national, etc.) for the purpose of developing and implementing effective program strategies.
- Collaborates with others for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services, projects, and/or programs.
- Embodies the principles and practices that form our culture and commitment to becoming an Antiracist Multicultural Organization for the purpose of meeting the Agency's End: Success for Each Child and Eliminating the Opportunity Gap by Leading with Racial Equity.
- Maintains a variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference, audit trail, and/or reporting for compliance.
- Monitors program activities (e.g. contracts, grant management, budgets, etc.) for the purpose of coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements.
- Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of conveying/gathering information required to perform job functions and/or maintaining relationships with other agencies.
- Presents information at meetings and/or conferences for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Services, Health, or Nutrition, or related field.
- Associate's degree in same and increasing levels of work-related experience may substitute for BA
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and/or implementing compliance programs, and data systems and analysis.
- Knowledge of Head Start, Early Head Start and/or ECEAP performance standards
- Experience supervising individuals/teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with implementation and/or management of large-scale projects.
- Experience with data analysis in direct support of continuous quality improvement.
- Experience collaborating/partnering with internal and external partners to achieve a targeted goal.
