Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Program Manager, EPMO shall manage multiple large scale programs that consists of 2 to 5 projects within each program. Each program has components of Ballad Health Strategy implementation, COPA/CA implementation, and/or integration implementation. The Manager will work closely with key executive leadership and operational leadership to bridge the vision of the program to implementation at the operational level. This individual shall collaborate with the IT project manager, the construction project manager, operational excellence, and/or vendor project managers to ensure the project/program stays within timeline, scope and budget. This position acts as the air traffic controller for each program. The Manager shall have additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information systems, finance, or equivalent. In lieu of degree, ten years experience required.
