Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established practice, known for providing the highest quality patient care to our community. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with experience working with Medicare Advantage patients who is looking for a rewarding position that offers a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Split time between our office and a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing a refreshing change of pace throughout the week.
• Monday to Friday schedule with no on-call duties.
• Manage an average patient volume of 12-15 per day in the office.
• Collaborate with 1-2 other providers in the clinic, supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Provide comprehensive care for adults, focusing on wellness and chronic disease management.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Medicare Advantage patients.
• Ability to manage adult patients and provide wellness and chronic care disease management.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Active FL state medical license
• Managed Care Experience a plus
• Comfortable with EMR
• DEA and BLS/ACLS
