POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team who will oversee and optimize demand planning, S&OP processes, and inventory management! This role ensures seamless alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in demand planning, S&OP, and inventory management, with proficiency in SAP, ANAPLAN, and corporate ERP systems.

DEMAND, S&OP, and INVENTORY MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team who will oversee and optimize demand planning, S&OP processes, and inventory management! This role ensures seamless alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather relevant information for accurate demand planning.
- Monitor and adjust forecasts to reflect changes in market conditions and business strategies.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Lead the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and communication.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings to review demand plans, inventory levels, and supply constraints.
- Develop and implement strategies to balance demand and supply effectively.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Optimize inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
- Monitor inventory metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of demand planners and inventory analysts.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Profil
PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in demand planning, S&OP, and inventory management, with proficiency in SAP, ANAPLAN, and corporate ERP systems.
- Understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain dynamics within the industry.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make/ influence data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, relationship-building and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and be a great teammate.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
- Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).
- Must be professional and possess a positive demeanor with an entrepreneurial spirit.
