POSITION SUMMARY:
Quality Assurance Manager will actively manage all quality functions. This individual will look
at all aspects of the value-stream (Inputs-Process-Output) and will maintain current and develop
new quality standards throughout the boot-making process. This individual will ensure that all
quality, personnel follow the inspection requirements such as: defects, measurements, fit, form,
and function.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 6 to 8 years of manufacturing floor experience - Shoe or Apparel preferred
2. 2to 5 years of Quality Management experience
3. Lean Manufacturing experience is a great plus (5S, VSM, LMS, QATS, etc)
4. Green belt certification - Black Belt preferred
5. Effective oral and written communication skills required
6. Bilingual English/Spanish required
