Take your ambitions to the next level
- Identify:
- qualify and close engagements selling the MS D365 CE, Power Platform and Azure Product Portfolio;
- new name accounts through self-generation activities, including marketing, referrals and social media.
- Work:
- with the existing marketing team whose responsibility is to generate sales-ready leads for the sales team;
- closely with internal and external partners, and Microsoft representatives to maximize the CRM/PP/Azure penetration into their accounts.
- Manage:
- the sales cycle through the CRM, including working with our solutions architecture consultant;
- a set of corporate accounts within the territory for a period of one year after the sale closure.
- Ensure a smooth transition to delivery and account management, and support programs;
- Meet or exceed all quotas on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree;
- Classical sales training (major account selling) with a reputable organization (e.g., Challenger Selling);
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, including experience selling CRM product services with a consultative and/or solution selling background;
- Solid experience with:
- CRM best practices, analytics, SharePoint, BI/data monetization strategy/solutions and sales consulting services;
- App modernization, RPA.
- Experience:
- selling tier 1 ERP products (Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.);
- selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Azure implementation services (strong asset);
- with executive presence with client presentations at the C-Level;
- with the online product demonstration and presentation.
- Significant track record of developing routes to the corporate marketplace and driving exceptional sales performance;
- Proven business-to-business (B2B) sales experience;
- Proven track record of bringing in new business:
- Deriving satisfaction from the acquisition of new business and the recognition of your contributions;
- Thinking of selling as running your own business, being entirely focused on numbers.
- Quick and efficient reaction time, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats throughout the sales process;
- Ability to:
- discuss CRM or Azure business benefits and results at an executive level, as well as articulate the value of partner services;
- organize and prioritize, while working with a sense of urgency against a weekly and monthly quota;
- put yourself in the client's shoes and adapt your behavior to their needs;
- manage a heavy workload, and prioritize and schedule your work effectively;
- plan activities, set your own objectives and meet all deadlines;
- identify priorities and constantly strive to achieve your individual goals;
- optimize and continuously strive to improve your performance;
- manage tasks through to completion;
- make sound business decisions under pressure.
