Description

Trading Technologies (TT) is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Service Manager to join our team in New York. The Service Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of our client's transaction cost analysis reports at the subscribed frequencies, (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly). We are additionally, fielding daily responses to client inquiries surrounding potential issues with the client's report output, or coordinating delivery of ad hoc client requests. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for a dedicated book of subscribed clients and will liaise with TT"S On-boarding team, and the Development team on the client's behalf. As the subscribed client's direct point of contact, the Client Service Manager will also identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and engage the TT Sales team.
As a client advocate, the Client Service Manager will ensure TT customers continue to receive the best-of-breed level TCA and Trade Surveillance products and support TT is known for.

What Will You Be Involved With?
- Assist the Client Services team in all aspects of client/prospect relations.
- Work closely with ANS product stakeholders and Development team to ensure product issues are tracked and fixed.
- Communicate client-requested product enhancements and improvements to the Development team.
- Meet with prospects and clients to discuss system capabilities and report output.
- Understand client workflow and any potential impact those workflows may have on raw data output.
- Develop and maintain a complete working knowledge of proprietary products.
- Assist sales in the technical aspect of new client implementations.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Knowledge of the securities industry
- Experience working with buy-side firms, sell-side firms, data vendors, etc.
- Experience in core TCA concepts and trade surveillance rules.
- Exceptional communication skills, oral and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Multilingual preferred but not necessary
- High proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office (EXCEL), Bloomberg Terminal
