QA Manager - CMS

We are looking for a QA Manager with experience working in Digital Medial marketing/CMS teams. Someone who is strong in managing QA teams (Onshore/Offshore) in a CMS environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
• Proven experience in content management systems, specifically Drupal and WordPress.
• Experience with CMS migration projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of third-party integrations and related testing
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Partner with the Project Manager to develop and execute Testing Strategy for the project
• Develop test plan, including a detailed testing schedule
• Identify, mitigate, escalate and communicate defects, issues and risk
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or related field (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, and facilitation

• Ability to create detailed test scripts based on a list of functional requirements and test scenarios and scripts from previous projects (if existing)
• Ability to create End-to-End test scenarios from Use cases and Solution deign documents.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT associates
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to breakdown and effectively communicate complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues
