Responsibilities
- FS creation
- Provide ShipERP solution/recommendation to customers
- Provide Technical assistance to Junior/Mid-level BAs
- AXO creation and testing
- Internal and client meetings.
- Eligible for cross department rotation
- Eligible for techno-functional roles
- Client expert
- Proficient in SAP SD and LE (process and configurations)
- Capable of understanding and interpreting Carrier APIs
- Work as BA and/or Dev for AXO
- Go to person for technical/functional concerns especially when leads are not around
- Proficient in standard ABAP and User Exits
- Support On-boarding
Required Qualifications
- Ability to translate coding to business process
BA Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience in SAP SD/LE combined
- Fluent communication skills (English)
- Expertise in condition technique and condition routines
- Experience in SPRO config changes
- Expertise in SAP SD/LE
- Extensive knowledge of WM/EWM
- Knowledgeable in pick/pack process from business
- Basic understanding SAP HANA
- Capable of providing functional/technical training
- Experience debugging (reports, OOP, queues)
- Experience analyzing functional/technical documentation
- Experience in creating functional specification with ABAP proposal
- Capable of handling customer/resource training
- Familiarization of common SAP User Exits and BAPI
- Capable of implementing code if need be
- Capable of validating OSS notes in SAP system
Required on Technical Qualifications:
- (1-2 years) of experience in ABAP Programming is required.
- Proficient in Error-Handling and Debugging
- Very High Analytical Skills
- Experienced in dialog programming
- Experienced in RICEF
- Experienced in SAP Standard (ABAP) and User Exits
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SD/LE certifications
- college graduate from IT/Computer Science related course
