Family Health Center of Worcester (FHCW) is committed to providing high-quality healthcare to families in underserved communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team.
Position Summary: The Director of Clinical Operations will provide strategic direction and oversight for the day-to-day business operations of all FHCW sites. This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving patient access and experience, and implementing key process improvements across our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement workflow processes to maximize access to high-quality care while supporting revenue goals
Lead initiatives to improve patient and staff engagement and retention
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to standardize processes and procedures
Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of assigned staff
Ensure culturally and linguistically competent care delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare administration field required; Master's degree strongly preferred
Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts
5-7 years of direct experience in ambulatory care setting
2-5 years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated proficiency in health systems management and quality improvement methodologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bilingual skills (English and another language relevant to our patient population) preferred
