The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of innovative software products that meet the needs of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of innovative software products that meet the needs of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
As the Product Manager you will -
- Support the entire product development lifecycle including defining, documenting, prioritizing, testing, launching, and refining product requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the product meets market demands.
- Help design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve user journeys and features.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring products are delivered on time and within scope.
- Partner with product leads, delivery teams, technology experts and data scientists, contractors, and other team members on research and development efforts directed at improving product strategy and execution.
- Participate in consulting projects and support client deliverables, such as dashboards.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree would be a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- 2+ Hands-on experience in developing and delivering products and solutions in Pharma or Life Sciences, prior experience developing code is strongly preferred.
- Strong BioPharma and/or Life Sciences domain knowledge including industry processes, commonly available/used data sources as well as data management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience and proficiency in handling primary and secondary data sources within the life sciences domain.
- Life sciences-specific knowledge in master data management for entities such as patient, HCP, HCO, and MCO; as well as reference data management including medical codes such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, etc. and clinical/medical taxonomies such as HPO and SNOMED CT.
- 1+ years' experience with B2B SaaS technology.
- 1+ years' experience with data analytics, machine learning, and/or MLOps.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and agile development practices.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure product success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic startup environment.
