Shield HealthCare is looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for our Valencia, CA corporate office The Vice President of Sales and Marketing directs all activities related to business growth and development.
This is an on-site position in Valencia, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing, executing and communicating a well-defined marketing strategy in a manner the drives consistent business growth, captures market share and enhances brand equity and awareness.
- Develops and implements sales plans to support marketing strategies
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for all products and services
- Provide leadership to sales team to sell all product lines and services while meeting all company policies and objectives
- Responsible for identifying new target markets through both start-up and acquisition including management of the integration process
- Translate the company vision to department management to allow them to develop tactical plans that support the company goals
- Ensure controls are in place to maintain compliance with Company Policy and Procedures and regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional committees as requested
- Work in coordination with Human Resources to ensure effective succession planning and leadership development across functional areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree with MBD preferred
- Minimum of 10 years executive management experience
- Effective leadership and strategic management skills
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Analytical thinker, ability to solve problems and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- $275k-$300k annually + bonus opportunity
