Senior Manager, FP&A
As FP&A Manager you will report directly to the VP of Business Finance. In this role you will focus on analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and business drivers over varying scenarios and timeframes across the entire Firm, with special emphasis on Data Center/SaaS Hosting COGS. You will learn the fundamental drivers of our business as well as apply critical corporate finance concepts. You will establish relationships with internal business partners (product managers, department heads, and C-suite) and coordinate and effectively communicate across multiple teams. Senior Manager, FP&A
As FP&A Manager you will report directly to the VP of Business Finance. In this role you will focus on analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and business drivers over varying scenarios and timeframes across the entire Firm, with special emphasis on Data Center/SaaS Hosting COGS. You will learn the fundamental drivers of our business as well as apply critical corporate finance concepts. You will establish relationships with internal business partners (product managers, department heads, and C-suite) and coordinate and effectively communicate across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily/monthly/quarterly financial updates, including the development of reporting and dashboards
- Financial forecasts
- Annual and multi-year financial budgets
- Analyses of our key Data Center/Hosting/Third Party Technology spending and product usage drivers
- Assessment of Capital Expenditure needs over a multi-year horizon, and identification of optimizing return on investment and timing of cash flows related to data center and 3 rd party operations
- Financial impact simulations for various market scenarios
- Financial modelling of potential business opportunities (data center expansion, new products, mergers and acquisitions)
- Drive efficiency and modernization efforts, including input and support of FP&A software
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (an MBA is a plus)
- Ideally 8-12+ years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role (e.g. Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance)
- Ability to analyze financial performance for varying periods through multiple lenses
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with various business partners and senior management
- Ability to lead and mentor small team of junior to mid-career Finance Analyst
- Ability to independently execute on priorities, identify roadblocks and solutions
- Experience in training and mentoring new team members
- Detailed-oriented
- Digital literacy and knowledge of automation concepts and tools
