What you will do:

  • Develop solutions to build and continuously improve monitoring and observability for data pipelines and data platform


  • Build data platform components using hybrid cloud services (AWS, GCP, and Azure)


  • Implement features to improve data platform performance and security continuously


  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef to enhance the scalability and reliability of data pipelines


  • Leverage your expertise in cloud administration to manage AWS EMR, Lambda, S3, and other cloud services for optimal performance and security


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Front End Teams, and Product Managers, to drive impactful results


Project you will impact:

  • You'll play a pivotal role in developing recommendation systems to create a more personalized shopping experience for our customers.


  • Work on real-time API services that harness the power of ML Models to enhance our data-driven solutions.


  • Take the lead in improving data quality and enhancing the consumer experience for over 100,000 enterprise data consumers.


Who you are:

  • Expert SQL and proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, or Scala.


  • Understanding of Big Data and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure.


  • Expert experience with technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks, AWS EMR, Lambda, S3, Snowflake, Teradata, GCP Cloud services, and NoSQL solutions.


  • Expert Experience in cloud administration and infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Chef) is a plus


  • Experience in DevOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.


  • Up to date on the latest technological developments. Should be able to evaluate and propose new tooling/solutions for data platforms.


  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.


  • Understanding of MLOps and Data Engineering
