Director of Product Management

Job Title: Director, Product Management

Reports To: President, KESG

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Management Director to join our team. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of KESG's product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Lead and inspire a team of product managers, coordinating their activities to ensure that they meet key performance indicators.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap alignment with company business objectives.

Conduct market research, including customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends to enhance customer value across the product portfolio.

Oversee product launches including internal and external stakeholder alignment.

Create go-to-market strategies based on customer segmentation, competitive analysis and product positioning best practices.

Develop a product portfolio vision that encompasses driving customer value while driving profitable growth and market share improvement.

Act as a partner with sales and service personnel to increase product awareness and manage new opportunities strategies.

Ensure development of product marketing collateral (value proposition, data sheets, specs, etc) that can be used to inform customers and key partners.

• A strong technical background with experience in technology fields such as the semiconductor industry

• Ability to coach and lead a group and organization toward a shared product vision
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques, methods and processes of product development and management
• Highly-effective communicator with clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with D365 or INFOR/ERP preferred
• Experience with PLM, PDM, or CRM systems preferred

Education/Experience:

• MS/BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, Economics or equivalent, MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent technology industry
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
