Job Overview:
Arrive Recommerce is looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy growth support specialist to support our sales team. This role will own a variety of functions including managing sales operations vendors and tools including our CRM, industry and merchant-level data research, presentation briefs and deck preparation, coordination with graphic designers, preparation for industry trade events and additional ad hoc activities in support of pre-sale efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Partnership/Sales Operations:
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo administration functions and reporting capabilities.
  • Own vendor relationships with sales operations tools and continually evaluate and optimize tools
  • Daily support of sales team including research, executive mapping, market data, news listening and analysis of public reporting/news and ancillary research needs in preparation for meetings
  • Support preparation of presale materials in conjunction with sales leads
  • Help coordinate and audit ongoing process materials, quick guides and product assessment detail
  • Support regular cadence of outbound campaign development and deployment via Arrive's CRM (HubSpot)
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of sales support in SaaS or related field, retail background a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM management and optimization, HubSpot expertise is a plus
  • Expertise in collaborating with a cross section of stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization, organization and communication skills
  • Experience scaling new businesses, services, new product features and offerings
  • Robust business and data acumen; fluent in online and offline metrics and measurement
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with the demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, and organize
  • Academic level curiosity for retail trends, sustainability and the recommerce industry

Hours & Location:

This is a full-time remote position. Arrive is headquartered in Los Angeles.
