About the Infrastructure Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Proactively design, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the company's IT Infrastructure which includes hardware, systems, and networks.
  • Act as Tier 2 infrastructure support for our facilities
  • Troubleshoot network and security issues.
  • Participate in the Infrastructure Change Management Process.
  • Independently identify and remediate network and system vulnerabilities.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, such as reporting and communication with relevant departments in the organization.
  • Stay apprised of IT Infrastructure trends, recommend improvements to our network accordingly.
  • Evaluate infrastructure purchases, recommend solutions based on cost-benefit and/or ROI analyses.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as needed (~10%).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Infrastructure Administrator Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in IT Infrastructure hardware and software.
  • Experience with a broad range of technologies in a corporate environment (e.g. firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, mobile industrial devices, video surveillance, Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, AWS).
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti hardware a plus
  • Must be comfortable working with both physical and logical networking
  • Ability to work independently and deliver complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
