The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation will be an integral part of the Global Compensation & Executive Services team, providing world class services to our internal clients around the world; effectively managing projects, and executing ongoing programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Executive Compensation this role will act as a subject-matter expert, working collaboratively across the organization. This role is in our Irving Headquarters where our team enjoys work-from-home flexibility, the candidate must be located in DFW.
The ideal individual will:
Manage global executive compensation process including salary planning, bonus calculations, and internal and external audits
Use advanced Excel and data analysis skills to perform complex variable pay calculations and model financial impact of compensation plans
Coordinate with other departments such as Accounting, Payroll, Tax and Legal, to provide support for compensation-related data needs
Analyze, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data for all supported plans on a regular basis; proactively identify problems and resolutions
Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of executive compensation programs including LTI
Collaborate on executive job pricing, salary structures, and job architecture
Partner with other HR, compensation, and business professionals to execute programs that require cross functional collaboration
Support the global compensation team on various projects as required.
Demonstrate high motivation to deliver and learn, and take initiative to grow abilities and contributions
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business or related area
7-10 years' experience in global and/or executive compensation
Very strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Detail oriented - exceptional attention to detail
Data savvy - ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Strong technical orientation
Self-starter, pro-active, works with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or course work in pursuit of designation.
Experience working with SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and/or BAML LTI System.
Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
Knowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration
Ability to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Exhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees
