Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the makers of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, and Caf Tango! We are a growing, high-performance team looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to help oversee our core financial processes and accounting team.

This is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced management team and join a stable, future-focused organization. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience working with and preparing financial statements, leading high-performing teams, and implementing ongoing improvements in financial systems and processes.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/annually (DOE)

Note: This is a fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.

Key Responsibilities

While day-to-day focuses may vary throughout the month, core responsibilities include:

• Overseeing core accounting processes including accounting, cash flow management, and the monthly financial close process
• Preparing financial statements including consolidation activities
• Managing accounting staff and oversee A/R, A/P functions
• Leading the annual financial audit working with external auditors
• Maintaining and implementing internal control policies, procedures, and documentation
• Analyzing financial results and create management reports
• Assisting with research and implementation of new accounting standards
• Other duties as assigned or identified

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting management or public accounting
MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
SQL experience a plus
