- WV Professional Administrative Certificate: Endorsement for Principal PK-AD
- Master's Degree Required: Education Adminstration preferred
- Public School Administrative experience preferred
- Five or more successful teaching public school experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices releative to curriculum and instruction/school improvement
- Experience with/knowledge of: WVEIS, West Virginia Personnel Law, and WVDE Policies
- Ability, knowledge, skills, core beliefs, expertise, and passion to provide leadership and to execute the responsibilties of the position
