Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Technical Lead within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and constraints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions, fostering a collaborative environment to produce high-quality software design and architecture.
• Create robust, scalable, and maintainable software designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform thorough design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, promoting high-quality code.
• Build and present proof of concepts to validate new technologies, architectures, and approaches.
• Continuously enhance existing software applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, particularly in India, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.

Qualifications:

• Degree in BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required
• 8+ years of experience in IT industry
• 5+ years of proven experience designing solutions in .NET core
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Strong Knowledge of C#.NET languages and hands-on project experience followed on SOLID principles and Lazy Loading, Factory and Dependency injection design patterns.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC), microservices, and SOA
• Proficient with developing ASP.NET web API services.
• Proficient in the implementation of N-Tier Architecture.
• Experience in creating interactive single page applications using Angular 2
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Good understanding of on-premise/cloud hosting
• Good understanding of low code/ no code platforms
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps, code management, and release management
• Experience with reporting services like SSRS, Crystal Report, DevExpress
• Knowledge in the ETL process
• Good understanding of JIRA as a project management tool
• Experience in front - end UI implementation technologies HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular2 and Bootstrap framework.
• Degree in BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $95,900 to $158,300.
