Role Overview:
As an Associate Director at ALSO, you will play a pivotal role in leading a select caseload of teams and people supported. You will have the opportunity to develop extraordinary leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. This position offers a unique blend of leadership, collaboration, and advocacy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of advocates to deliver person-driven support services that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set departmental strategy in alignment with ALSO's mission and values.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor fiscal health and regulatory compliance of departmental programs to ensure sustainability and quality of services.
  • Lead communication and change management initiatives to keep advocates informed and engaged.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the disability services or related field.
  • Strong understanding of person-driven support principles and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
