Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of advocates to deliver person-driven support services that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set departmental strategy in alignment with ALSO's mission and values.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor fiscal health and regulatory compliance of departmental programs to ensure sustainability and quality of services.
- Lead communication and change management initiatives to keep advocates informed and engaged.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the disability services or related field.
- Strong understanding of person-driven support principles and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
