Overview

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Tax Analyst to join our Corporate Tax department to support federal compliance and tax accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the highest degree of accuracy, timeliness, and accountability for compliance, tax accounting, and tax process improvements.

What you will be doing:
  • Handling the preparation of key operating company federal tax compliance and tax provisions.
  • Researching tax, accounting, and business issues related to assigned entities or projects, including formulating and providing recommendations to management.
  • Reviewing existing processes and recommending and implementing changes to procedures and processes with an emphasis on technological solutions.


We want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of contribution and accomplishment in the field of taxation.
  • Experience with Corptax Compliance, Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Provision, Excel and Alteryx is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and work independently as well as in teams.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, the ability to meet deadlines, conduct research, and report information.
  • The ability to occasionally work in person from the Richmond office.
  • The ability to work overtime during peak periods, as needed.
  • The ability to efficiently prioritize multiple assignments/projects simultaneously, often under strict time deadlines.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $86,200.00 - $125,050.00 / annually.
