The role of the Contractor Workforce Acquisition Manager is to drive high-quality, high-volume acquisition operations, engaging and evaluating of Appliance Repair and HVAC service providers throughout North America to to become part of our contractor network.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops operations acquisition strategy jointly with the operations leadership team including support model, offerings provided, team structure, and tools utilized
- Manages and develops a team of contractor acquisition operations professionals including assisting the team in prioritizing requests, meeting deadlines, quality checking key work, addressing out of scope requests, and managing project work
- Ensures all identified contractor providers are compliant with all licenses insurance and background checks required
- Provides regular updates on progress made against targets, provider feedback, team performance and provides solutions to any challenges that arise
- Builds strong relationships with regional teams by working closely with these teams to define support needs, determine priorities based on business need, address key questions and concerns, and partner as an extension of the supported teams
- Plans capacity needed during peak service technician season to manage workload and help prioritize capacity against business needs and designs and modifies standard process workflows for micro-regions
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and proposes solutions through documentation, analyzing data and issues that arise, reviewing existing processes, cultivating an open feedback culture, and reviewing metrics
- Identifies gaps in our acquisition systems and working with the Head of Talent Acquisition and systems team to propose, test, and implement solutions
- Assists in operations metrics collection and analysis and leads and executes strategic projects as needed
- Continually identifies areas of improvements in our processes and systems as we scale
- Embraces technology such as AI to streamline or enhance the processes and provider experience
- Identifies any external partners that offer provider discounts and builds those relationships
- Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Valid Driver License for the State of employment
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 6-10 or more years of previous acquisition, HR, operations, vendor management or other related experience
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to set and balance competing priorities, plan workflow and take initiative
- Analytical proficiency; facility with numbers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to effectively persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with TransformCo's values and culture
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization understanding and managing complex reporting relationships and works well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Supervisory/management experience required with demonstrated leadership ability
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Prior database (such as Hubspot), CRM and/or ATS experience required
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred
