Pharmacist

• Position Summary
  
  • Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care in a daily operational setting among a patient population consisting of neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  
  • Education: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy: B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
  • License/Certifications: Must hold current license as a Registered Pharmacist for the state in which you are practicing
  • Experience: N/A
  • Ability to respond to changing workload related to patient census and crisis situations
