Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads: Take an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand your client base and maximize sales opportunities
Nurture and Convert Leads: Develop relationships with leads and nurture them through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing
Conduct Property Research and Showings: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments. Conduct property research to match clients with suitable listings and schedule and conduct showings to showcase properties and highlight their unique features
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and up-to-date information throughout the buying process. Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications

Proven Track Record of Sales Success: Provide verifiable evidence of real estate sales totaling at least $3,000,000 in the last 18 months. Demonstrate the ability to close deals and achieve outstanding results, highlighting your sales achievements and successful client relationships
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Show good organizational and time management skills
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
