Job Description
This Cloud Administrator requires a wide range of technical skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as the ability to effectively manage complex projects and implement technical skills for the administration of cloud-based systems. The Cloud Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the security, availability, and performance of client cloud infrastructure, which is essential to the organization's ability to leverage technology to deliver efficiencies and cost savings.

The duties and responsibilities of the Cloud Administrator will support the Innovative Technology Support and Applications team. This opportunity requires a high level of technical expertise and knowledge in cloud-based systems, as well as the ability to effectively manage and administer a variety of cloud applications. The Cloud Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the security, availability, and performance of client s cloud infrastructure.
The client's supports two major resident databases, Yardi Voyager by Yardi Systems and Elite by Emphasys. Both of these systems are SQL-based and hosted in the cloud, requiring expertise and knowledge in a Microsoft Windows server and SQL server virtual cloud environment to support and maintain system uptime. The Contractor will provide primary support in ensuring patches, upgrades, and testing are performed in all three live and sandbox environments.
The Cloud Administrator is responsible for:
Performing administrative tasks for all current and new cloud applications.
Working in partnership with business units to perform administrative tasks for client s production systems.
The Cloud Administrator is also responsible for developing and maintaining Google and other cloud application accounts, developing training documents and videos for end-users, and ensuring that all Google Workspace Settings comply with industry-standard best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of integration requirements between the client s Systems and the organization's cloud application infrastructure, including Google Workspace, BetterCloud, DocuSign, and Virtru email Encryption and UCaaS (Unified Collaboration as a Service) and CCaaS (Call Center as a Service).
In addition to these technical responsibilities, the Cloud Administrator provides support and assistance to user staff with developing Google-based tools, including forms, Google Drive ownership, access rights, and privilege access, and document management. The position oversees and conducts training, writes curriculum, conducts research on the best use of training videos, narrates and presents training videos, and ensures user success.
The Contractor supports the client s team with MDM, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint security and support, troubleshooting, and mentoring.

- Significant prior experience in cloud administration for housing authorities and/or other governmental agencies.
- Ability to incorporate cybersecurity experience into all types of cloud administration such as Windows Server support, MDM support, and document management support.
- AI experience with cloud applications, specifically CHATGPT, Google Gemini, and Laserfiche.

- Planning, testing, and administering Google Workspace, BetterCloud, DocuSign, DocuSign Laserfiche Document Management, MDM (Mobile Device Management), Ring Central UCaaS (Unified Collaboration as a Service), and CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) cloud systems, Virtru, Rave Guardian, Apricot, and other applicable cloud applications.
