The bank's finance department is seeking a skilled individual for the Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager position. This role will design, maintain and distribute banking related data needed to drive key decision making; assist with audits and exams and provide reports as needed; retrieve data for the preparation of the bank's tax returns; and provide administrative support for the systems responsible for the electronic storage/data warehouse systems; maintain overall integrity of the stored data, establish effective procedures and provide service level standards and employee education, as well as perform system audits and maintain operational efficiency.

Skills Needed:

• Effective analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Prior systems management of electronic data storage
• Understands the fundamental concepts practices and procedures of financial statements and accounting issues

This position will be in office at the Mt. Vernon IL Corporate Center or our Town & Country, MO Corporate Center.
