Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Enhance and manage intricate financial models to analyze the total cost of ownership, business risk exposure, and cybersecurity posture in line with client needs and the economic advantages of our solution.
- Analyze large, complex data sets related to competitive technology solution costs and research competitive cost structures and technology footprints.
- Design, develop, and sustain compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentation materials to communicate client business findings to executive audiences.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to understand client context and translate objectives into quantitative analyses, aligning with customer business objectives for successful selling outcomes.
- Possess a solid grasp of client-side enterprise business topics and a clear understanding of how Cohesity platform capabilities support their strategies.
- Responsible for documenting business solutions and collaborating with various teams to create sales proposals, develop marketing collateral, and conduct business value workshops.
- Work closely with Cohesity sales and marketing leadership teams to create and close business opportunities, develop responses to RFIs/RFPs/EOIs, utilizing business value assets to enhance proposals.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions to all levels, including line of business managers, technical architects, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Director of Business Value and Pursuit Strategy as an essential contributor to the business.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in strategic business value roles; field sales, sales strategy, value consulting, and related
- Effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences, influence decision-makers through executive-level presentations, and show a strong work ethic with a drive to acquire new problem-solving skills for top clients.
- Strong mathematics background with expertise in statistics, risk modeling, cost optimization methods, and the ability to synthesize complex quantitative analyses into clear, polished presentations
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, cyber risk quantification, cloud security, data governance, compliance requirements, and infrastructure technologies including hyper-converged systems, file systems, data protection, and storage technologies is a major plus
- Mastery of data science tools, platforms, and languages (Python, R, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JScript, Perl) as well as data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) to craft valuation materials and presentation design targeting executive level audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%+
