The Supreme Court of Virginia is seeking to fill the role of Audio/Video (AV) Implementation Project Manager, in the Department of Information Technology. The position is hybrid-telework in nature. The candidate will be onsite at the Supreme Court of Virginia office a minimum of three (3) business days a week, or more as needed.

Responsibilities Overview
- Lead AV implementations by providing management and oversight of AV projects, scheduling, project task assignments, and capacity planning.
- Create and execute project work plans.
- Meet all established milestones.
- Set and manage customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, customer, and management & ranking personnel.
- Keep management apprised of deployment progress and any challenges that may arise, such as schedule delays or technology challenges/changes.
- Attend all weekly internal and external project and team meetings.
- Provide weekly project status reports.
- Primary person responsible for all internal and external communications and documentation.
- Arrange for end user orientation/training.
- Other duties include coordinating installation, programming equipment, testing, and troubleshooting.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Must be skilled with the basic organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines.
- Proficient with AV deployment for Video, Web, and Audio Conferencing. Preferably experienced with Cisco and Polycom endpoints, Virtual Meeting Rooms (VRM), WebEx Conferencing and Polycom.
- Experiencing in effectively communicating status to management and ranking personnel.
- Experience in effectively communicating technical situations to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Deployment experience with Cisco, Polycom, or similar video infrastructure. Experience with Pexip a bonus.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: This is a hybrid telework position with an average of three (3) days per week at the Supreme Court of Virginia. Ultimately, the hybrid telework schedule is determined by the reporting manager.
- Equipment: The resource will be provided a workstation when onsite. When working remotely, they will need to use their personal computer, a laptop or desktop computer (with Windows 11 Pro), to remotely connect to their assigned client workstation, via VPN. A personal webcam and audio equipment will be required when participating in virtual meetings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment.
- Travel Requirements: At this time, we do not anticipate that the resource will need to travel. The candidate will be coordinating with the field implementation teams from the Supreme Court of Virginia.
