ACCOUNTING MANAGER

How You'll Contribute:

• Direct financial reporting and perform advanced analysis.
• Prepare budget initiatives based on strategy/goals and develop budgets for all departments.
• Prepare and analyze the monthly financial package including variance analysis.
• Review job costing to ensure timely and accurate reporting, investigate and report of variances.
• Work closely with Purchasing Dept. on job costing, inventory, and development/monitoring of standard costs.
• Manage and review the top client monthly billing statements.
• Manage and review payroll and ensure properly loaded into the financial system.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and policies/procedures adhere to best practices.

Experience and Skills
About YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry, including supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, experience with other analytical tools a plus.
• Experience with PACE software a plus.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and research/investigative skills necessary.
