Job Summary

• Perform monthly accounting for AeroDirect and its subsidiaries including AP, AR, reconciliations, financial and compliance reporting, commissions, etc.
• Allocate costs into Lots, capitalize or expense freight.
• Support all departments of business. Perform analytical review of financial data, identify issues/trends, and make adjusting entries.
• Management of Company benefits with its providers. Participate in the budget process.
• Assist with audit preparation by keeping organized records and pulling documentation.

Experience and Skills
About YOU!

• B.A. in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry including supervision.
• Experience and knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, commissions.
• High intermediate to advanced Excel skills with analytical experience.
• ERP experience and QuickBooks experience preferred.
