Clinical Pharmacist- Pen Bay Medical Center

• Position Summary This position consists of 40 hours per week.
  
  • Staff pharmacists fill/verify orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapy regimens, provide drug information, and supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager
• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  
  • Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
  • License/Certifications: Current licensure as Pharmacist in the State of Maine.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospital pharmacy desirable.
