IAS Portfolio Manager

The IAS Portfolio Manager/Relationship Manager will support the Investment Advisory Services department in providing bespoke investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and institutional clients. The role will manage set investment models in addition to creating customized portfolios tailored to meet the unique financial objectives of our client base. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in investment management, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and be client-focused. The candidate will also have the responsibilities of building strong, trust-based relationships with their clients.

Location: Bellingham, WA - hybrid/on-site

Starting wage range: $95,295. - $137,648. annually (DOE)

Essential job functions:

Portfolio Management

• Design and implement investment strategies for hybrid models and custom managed accounts.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to make informed investment decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Proactively communicate investment performance, market updates, portfolio recommendations, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and exceptional client service.
• Drive client retention and business growth through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA, a plus.
• CFA Charter Holder, Preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within first 9 months of employment
