Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team!
Desired Skills:
- Provides system engineering support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that support Space and Property Management, Asset Management and Transportation Management for the enterprise.
- This individual must be willing to tackle challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment.
- Primary responsibilities will be working with the Lead Systems Engineer, Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, conduct requirements analysis, formalize process design and implementation, contribute to system engineering documentation, providing end-user customer support, and a heavy focus on testing support.
- Collaborate with the team for releases or migrations to new environments.
- Collaborate with security for any compliancy issues and remediate any active liens.
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrity to improve reliability and performance of system.

- A bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer.
- Twelve (12) years of system engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation including system architecture diagrams.
- Experience working with end-user customers
Desired Skills:
- Experience executing test procedures
- Experience with Atlassian Suite products including Confluence & Managing Jira
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with 508 Compliance
- Experience with process design and implementation
