SharePoint Online Developer - CI Poly

The program serves as the principal engineering division responsible for designing and implementing IT systems that enable the Agency to accomplish its mission. Blackspoke, a trusted partner with over a decade of involvement, focuses on comprehensive technology management, including Microsoft, VMWare, DataCenter Architecture, and Identity and Access Management. We also prioritize Cloud adoption, specifically AWS/C2S and Azure. As a Blackspoke employee, you will contribute to the modernization of IT infrastructure through Infrastructure as a Service, Software as a Service, and Platform as a Service offerings, ultimately safeguarding our nation's security.
Team Description
The program's core team consists of 3rdand 4thTier Engineering and Support services related to any technology that surrounds Microsoft including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange and Exchange Online, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML Authentication within Azure IL2 IL5 (DoD 365), IL6 (Secret) and IL7 (Top Secret) and just about anything that touches Microsoft 365. The team is an exciting team to work with, all are very technically focused and work closely together to help achieve (sometimes the impossible) any request that our Government Customer may have.
What you will be working on:
As the Sharepoint Online Developer, you will need to have a strong understanding of SharePoint Online, be well-versed in creating custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework, and have a passion for developing modern, user-friendly SharePoint pages. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and other web technologies.
- Create modern, responsive SharePoint pages, web parts, and applications that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SharePoint Online customizations
- Implement responsive designs using CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap or Fluent UI
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, and integrations with other systems using Power Automate, Power Apps, or other technologies as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online customizations, performance, and usability
- Provide support, maintenance, and updates for existing SharePoint Online solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize solutions
- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for SharePoint Online development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
What you will bring to us (Must):
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph
- Current DoD IAT II Level certification or ability to obtain in first 90 days
Would be nice if you bring the following (Highly Desired):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development, including custom solution creation using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with modern SharePoint page development and web part creation
- Knowledge of, and some level of working proficiency within, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap or Fluent U
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Office UI Fabric
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Experience with Nintex Forms & PowerApp Development is aPLUS
