Key Responsibilities:

• Automate service deployments and optimize system performance.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication services and maintain established security protocols.
• Build and maintain Platform as a Service offerings using RedHat OpenShift.
• Manage systems in AWS and VMware vSphere environments.
• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, including autoscaling, new services, and cost optimization.
• Produce detailed documentation.

• Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support user consumption of applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support procedures.
• Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
• Perform complex systems design, development, and integration.
• Oversee infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and application software.
• Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on cloud operations, platform management, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins), and scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with RedHat OpenShift and other Kubernetes distributions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
