Welcome to Allied Digestive Health! We are seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Northshore Gastroenterology, in stunning Great Neck, NY.
This role will be for outpatient duties only.
Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. This position must comply with the standards of care, which include without limitation assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management. The practice is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.
Education and Experience Required:
Prior GI experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
Current DEA certificate
