Required: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of five years experience in Financial Accounting. Knowledge of financial systems software and proficiency in Excel & Word. Excellent communication and organization skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Report and manage cash flow.
- Track letter of credit activity.
- Prepare collateral report.
- Reconcile loan and accounts payable bank accounts.
- Provide bank with monthly bank reports, financial information, loan covenants.
- Reconcile inventory and A/R.
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial forecast.
- Review branch account analysis.
- Prepare corporate account analysis and monthly journal entries
- Prepare consolidated profit/loss and balance sheet statements
- Coordinate quarterly bank audit and check branch quarterly analysis
- Prepare shareholder's and note- holders financial packages.
- Coordinate accounting for general insurance and worker's compensation programs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
