Advanced Sensing and Communications, (AC&S). AC&S has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Communication and Navigation capabilities. Our Operations Lead, (OPM IV), will oversee the coordinating of all Operations activities for the Advanced RF Program Area. This leader will have a team of OPMs reporting to them and have span of control of operations for SIGINT and Advanced RF teams in NH and Dallas.
The OPM oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between the Program Office, and Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory. The OPM prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives. The OPM reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Finally, the OPM identifies all issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality requirements.

Required Skills and Education
- Candidates with >5 years of management / technical experience
- Candidate must have some Supply chain and Subcontracts experience.
- Candidate must have team building experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to generate required documentation supporting the execution of the contract.
- Ability to Present information to audiences containing internal and external customers.
Preferred Skills and Education
- BS in a management or technical field is Preferred.
- Previous experience building and leading teams, Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
