Route 65 Management, LLC is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing and sales initiatives throughout our multi-region Dunkin' and Baskin Robins franchise network. The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs that increase Brand and Company exposure to increase restaurant sales and customer counts.

The Field Marketing Manager will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategy and will become the Brand Ambassador for the Company's franchise business. This includes excellent communication skills with above restaurant leaders, restaurant staff, vendors, local businesses, community organizations, and Inspire Brands associates and affiliates. It also requires the ability to project manage, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates must be able to:
  • Develop a yearly calendar of community events
  • Develop monthly marketing strategy
  • Prepare and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to above restaurant leaders, restaurant management and staff
  • Partner with Above Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships to increase customer count, check average and outside sales
  • Establish and build relationships with Dunkin' Brands representatives and company business associates
  • Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant and company's brand
  • Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurants
  • Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
  • Assists and/ or completes additional administrative tasks/support as assigned
  • Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar discipline
  • 2-5 years professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising with a demonstrated track record of driving results
  • Industry experience in managing/ marketing fast casual restaurant concepts is a plus
  • New Store Opening experience preferred
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Knowledge of online technology and implementation re. website and Social Media platforms
  • Understanding of Brand Marketing and Brand Book
  • Ability to assess business goals, market requirements, customers, challenges, and opportunities within the area and input that knowledge into the creation of programs, etc.
  • Must be innovative, organized, efficient and able to prioritize multiple projects while working with a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter who is a team player and comes with a can-do attitude
