Job Posting Summary
The VP, Learning Officer will provide system-wide leadership for all learning architecture and setting the vision and strategy focused on improving the performance of individuals and teams in conjunction with the System-s strategic plan. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all operations within the education department. Ensure all education offerings have associated measures and metrics in order to track the ROI around the effectiveness of the investment. Managing the overall performance of the Learning department against stated strategies. Provide vision and strategy for all academic partnerships and Baptist Clinical School, measuring the effectiveness of all programs. Accountable for partnering with the organization to allocate, prioritize, provide support and understand the needs of all educational services offered across the System. Understand and translate HR strategy into all education initiatives. Understand and incorporate a systemic view across all educational programs. Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership to align products and services with the broader organizational goals. Create a strong culture within the Education department that aligns with Baptist Health values.
