Description:

Experience Required: EPIC HB, PB, Claims, and HIM

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management processes to ensure Epic Revenue Cycle Applications' stability and safety.
  • Oversee and review all Epic modifications related to HB, PB, Claims, and HIM.
  • Manage multiple projects while leading a team.
  • Engage proactively with business units to support client strategies and goals.
  • Communicate with senior leadership to set direction and program expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and develop direct reports.
  • Supervise and motivate team members, promoting their development.
  • Advise on interpreting and executing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Travel and work outside normal hours as necessary.

  • Qualifications:

    1. Direct experience with Epic systems and change management.

    2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field. ITIL certification preferred.

    3. Financial skills for budgeting and managing departmental budgets.

    4. Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems.

    5. 5+ years of IT leadership experience.

    6. 3+ years in implementation and optimization in a multi-site environment.
