This professional will lead our search for experienced advisors and will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruiting results. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and contracting top talent. This role combines individual contribution and leading the team in ensuring a smooth candidate experience as well as seeking out new and innovative ways to help us attract the very best.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, engaging and attracting top talent.
- Experience working with experienced financial advisors, wealth managers and insurance agents.
- Establish recruiting needs and deploying a strategic plan to meet those needs.
- Leverage market data to drive company-wide recruiting strategies that scale and meet the needs of our evolving business.
- Define, evaluate and report on key metrics that show measurable impact, productivity and efficiency of the recruiting team.
- Work closely with executive leadership in order to understand the staffing needs.
- Cultivate great relationships with internal team and centers of influence.
- Experience working with experienced financial advisors, wealth managers and insurance agents.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a recruiting team in a growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Proficient use of ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for devising strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
