Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice, provides a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking independently licensed psychological practitioners; either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist to provide therapy and psychological testing services for our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.

Our recent expansion is a great opportunity to help in the development and growth of our organizational programs which include, but are not limited to:
  • Individual (children, adolescent, and adults) Psychotherapy
  • Psychological Assessment and Testing
  • Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Christian Counseling
  • Crisis Incident Response Intervention
  • Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management
  • Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Interventions/Counseling
  • Forensic Evaluations & Court Mandated Offender Treatments
  • DMV substance abuse assessments for driver license appeal
  • Groups, Seminars and Workshops

Job Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice independently; either as an LCSW, LCADC, LCPC or LP
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace.
