Role Description & Responsibilities
The Sr. Global Partner Manager will be the focal point leading all global partner transformation and development initiatives at BIOVIA.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in engaging with customers at the executive (C-suite) level.
5 - 7 years of experience in partner sales, supporting large partners with substantial transaction, volumes and complex processes, showcasing notable client program success.
Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
Expertise in managing a global scope and developing strategies for partner sales and alliances.
Preferred experience with Dassault Systmes software.
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 210,000 - 280,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

- Instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the global partner strategy.
- Assess and deliver engagement model strategies with the global partners.
- Lead all partner on-boarding initiatives.
- Co-create a marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort.
- Provide insights on target initiatives performances to GEO leadership on a monthly basis.
- Develop a partner development plan at the C-Level to support the key initiatives at Dassault Systemes.
- Focus on leading activities to enable partners to be successful with the Partner Rewards program.
- Share partner development plan with all Partner C-Level leadership and connect our partners with Dassault Systmes resources to support the key initiatives.
