As a Cardio-Pulmonary Service Manager, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job Overview:
The Cardiopulmonary Services Manager is responsible for the overall organization, supervision, and administration of the Respiratory Therapy and Cardiopulmonary Services departments, as well as clinical respiratory therapist duties. Management/Clinical time is divided approximately 70%/30%. The Cardiopulmonary Services Manager is accountable to the CNO.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education
Completion of an AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
A minimum of an Associate's of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Organizational Management, or in a related field.
Must have three years' experience in respiratory therapy with two years being in critical care.
One or more years of manager/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Must have experience in hospital setting including adult, pediatric and neonatal care, PFT, EKG, and EEG.
