Overview: The Head of Payments must have a rich experience in the payments industry along with the tactical knowledge of launching embedded payments solutions in software products. The role will drive the business on adoption and usage of embedded payments products in the small business automation industry. They will own collateral, strategy, and training for all Keapers as they prioritize Keap Pay as a major company initiative. The right candidate will have direct transformational experience with software companies moving to embedded payments.

What you'll be doing...
- Track record of owning and hitting a revenue number within a payments product including planning, executing, and hitting quotas on payment, experience with payments migrations a must;
- 7+ years direct operational and leadership experience within a payments role;
- Deep experience in embedded payments with a focus on payments migration and a adoption;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to nurture and grow existing partnerships
- Strong customer service skills, able to effectively communicate (written and verbal), and proactively lead customer expectations;
- Interest in technology and industry fluency preferred;
- Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented;
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and to drive to clarity, with a mindset of building repeatable processes for the future;
- Extremely motivated and inspired by Keap's mission;
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals;
- Data-driven and results-focused;
