NADA is seeking an Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As EVP/CFO, you will drive NADA's and its related entities financial strategy and ensure our fiscal responsibility. Our EVP/CFO has significant impact on the strategic direction and effective operation of NADA and affiliated entities as role is responsible for all financial activities of the organizations. Serve as Assistant Treasurer to NADA, NADA Foundation, NADA PAC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO, Treasurer, Finance Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors to align financial strategies with NADA's goals and objectives.
- Direct the annual budgeting process and presentation of financial data for NADA and its entities.
- Safeguard assets through robust financial procedures and internal controls.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and cash flow management.
- Oversee investment portfolios in collaboration with external advisors and evaluate investment policies.
- Oversee leasing/facilities management for NADA's Tysons headquarters and Capitol Hill office.
- Manage relationship with independent auditor. Responsible for annual audits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years in senior financial roles as CFO or Controller, with nonprofit financial leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking ability.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and supervise departmental staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to boards and senior leadership.
