Job Description:
Leads in Technology Support function as senior individual contributors with occasional supervisory responsibilities. They manage project plans and budgets, engage with stakeholders, oversee vendor work, authorize payments, and enhance the technical acumen of the support team. Responsibilities include advanced technical work, process improvement, project management, and promoting new technologies. They interact with leadership daily, act as change agents, and develop business cases for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced technical work and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets, addressing risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure project success.
- Supervise and measure vendor work, authorizing payments upon completion.
- Host status meetings and document outcomes.
- Train and develop the technical skills of the tech support group.
- Promote and advocate for new technologies and innovations.
- Enhance expertise in network management, mobile device management, and asset management.
- Drive innovation and process improvements.
- Interact with leadership daily, acting as change agents and developing business cases for new initiatives.
- Execute responsibilities with a high level of proficiency, exceeding those found in related roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
- Significant experience in technical roles and project management.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in various technologies, including Office 365, SharePoint, iOS, and conventional infrastructure.
- Recommended Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Advanced knowledge of WorldPort/Airline applications & familiarity with WorldPort/Air Region Facilities
- Advanced knowledge of PC hardware, Software, and Networking (NICs, Protocols, Hub/Switches, Printers).
- Advanced knowledge of Access Points, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of mobile devices.
- Proficient with Corporate Hardware and Software Standards processes.
